Will Hoffman is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for DRT’s Metal Packaging and Precision businesses, based in Dayton, OH. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth, managing and improving profitability, adding new customers, products and services, and developing talent to better serve our customers. He also facilitates internal and external collaboration amongst customers, DRT Employees, and the Metal Packaging industry.

Will brings more than 12 years of industry experience to DRT. In his previous roles, Will has been responsible for leading sales and service organizations to be best-in-class within the industry. Most recently, Will served as Global Business Director – Beverage and Food Can Coatings for Sherwin-Williams’ Packaging Coatings business. He and his team were instrumental in signing long term supply contracts with can makers to enable significant capital expansion supporting aluminum can growth across the globe. Prior to this role, Will held various roles in service, sales, and national account management.

Will has a passion for developing talent and finding unique ways to more efficiently manage a business, ultimately delivering more value to customers.

Will received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wabash College.

Will and his wife, Sabrina, reside in Indianapolis, IN with their three children – Matthew, Hailey, and Logan.
