DRT puts considerable awareness on our environmental impact, continuously changing policies and practices to focus on increased sustainability, recycling, and going steps beyond environmental compliance.

At each of DRT’s ten locations, employee-run Employee Engagement Committees work with coworkers to identify year-round opportunities to make a social impact then organize and execute programs that support their communities. These programs have included:
