With over 25 years manufacturing experience, mostly in aerospace, Steve has worked for technical organizations in roles including engineering, supply chain, operations excellence, general management, business development, and executive operations.  With his ASU MBA and Honeywell Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he approaches technical process challenges head on with a penchant toward visual management and solid impact on KPIs.  A strong believer in the servant leader organizational model, Steve builds talent, through mentorship programs into self-improving core teams empowered to lead businesses with velocity.  He resides in Cincinnati with his wife and two children.
