Robert Cohen is the CEO for DRT Holdings, LLC, which was acquired in 2021 by Mill Rock Capital based in New York City.  DRT Holdings is comprised of three divisions: Metal Packaging Systems, Aerospace, and Precision.  Our mission is to be the supplier of choice in all the segments in which we operate providing outstanding value for our customer base.  Our products range from complex metal packaging systems to precision machining for medical applications. 

Robert brings over 37 years of experience to this role previously serving as CEO of TECT Power, a privately held Aerospace Manufacturing Company.  In this role he was responsible for the leadership of 5 manufacturing businesses located in the United States serving all the major OEM and Tier One Aero Engine Manufacturers.  Prior to that he worked for Teleflex, a Mid-Cap industrial manufacturing company.  Robert began his career at GE Aviation as a manufacturing engineer assuming positions of increased responsibility ultimately running GE’s HPT Repair facility in Cincinnati Ohio.

Born in Middletown and raised in the Mid-West Robert earned his bachelor’s degree in Management from Wilmington College and his MBA with a Marketing Concentration from Xavier University.  He also completed the Wharton School of Business Advanced Management Program. 

Robert and his wife Donna reside in Cincinnati with their 4 children and 7 grandchildren all living in the state of Ohio.
