Jess Chumbley leads Human Resource activities for DRT Holdings, LLC which has three business units:  DRT Metal Packaging Systems, DRT Precision and DRT Aerospace.  In this role, she oversees the HR team that provides support to all locations under the DRT Holdings, LLC umbrella. It is the goal of the HR Department to continue to enhance the DRT tradition of employees having pride in their company and knowing their company cares about them!

Jess brings 10+ years of Human Resources experience to the DRT team.  In the past, she has held HR Leadership roles with Target and GardaWorld Security Services. Jess earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and is SHRM Certified.  She continues her education by keeping up with the latest changes and newest trends.

Her passion lies in building an engaged culture that inspires people to do their best work for a company they love. Jess’ goal is to make DRT Holdings a final destination in an employee’s career by focusing on Recruiting, Employee Experience, and Performance Management.

Jess and her husband, James, live in the Cincinnati area where they enjoy spending time going to new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
