Doug is responsible for all commercial contracts, company compliance, and sourcing activities for DRT Holdings. In this role, he oversees the sourcing team that supports all DRT locations and manages commercial negotiations and company compliance. He ensures that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, and he plays a key role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize sourcing and procurement processes.

Doug brings over 36 years of experience to his position. Previously, he served as CCO of Pursuit Aerospace, Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Whitcraft, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TECT Power. In these roles, Doug managed customer relations and strategic sales growth with aerospace engine manufacturers and Tier One suppliers globally. His career began at Meyer Tool Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, where he worked as an inspector before taking on roles of increased responsibility at Sermatech Manufacturing Group.

Doug was born in Bellevue, Kentucky, and studied at Northern Kentucky University and Wilmington College. He also completed the Marketing Program at Penn State University.

Doug and his wife Kathy, reside in Tennessee with their two daughters.
