Dave Robers leads sales for DRT’s Aerospace business unit, based in Sidney, OH. In this role, he is responsible for growth and development of the Aerospace Sales Team in addition to adding new customers and production to DRT’s ever changing and expanding Aerospace line of products.

Dave brings 26 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience to DRT. He began his career with Cincinnati Milacron serving in a variety of engineering and management roles developing aerospace CNC equipment, including large platform profilers and composite tape layers. He also founded 3 start-up technology companies providing engineering, manufacturing and automation services. Dave currently serves as an advisor on Northern Kentucky’s Industrial Advisory Committee and is an adjunct professor of Advanced CADD and Finite Element Analysis. Markets he has served are Aerospace, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Machine Tool, and General Automation.

Skilled in high performance coaching and solution selling, Dave is dedicated to integrating talent, technology and operational excellence in build highly effective sale teams developing strategy to create explosive revenue growth and profitability.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Northern Kentucky University.
